Announcements

We no longer take credit/debit card in person or over the phone

Closure dates for the Office of the Bursar

  • Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day
  • Thursday-Friday, November 28-29 for Thanksgiving
  • Tuesday-Wednesday, December 24-January 1 for Winter Break

Policy changes for the University

UAOnline has updated, so some instructional flows are temporarily inaccurate as we update them

  

University Timeline & Deadlines

  • August 16th - Financial Aid for Fall 2024 is distributed to student accounts
  • August 26th - First day of classes
  • September 2nd - Labor Day; No classes, offices closed
  • September 6th
    • Last day to Add/drop courses with 100% refund
    • Fee Payment Deadline - Be paid in full or in a payment plan by 5PM in person, or 11:59PM online
  • September 16th - Last day to opt-out of the Bookstore Bundle Program

The Office of the Bursar is the focal point for students, staff, and faculty as they navigate their fiscal responsibilities at the University.
