Museum administrator review and user survey

The Ad Hoc Administrator Review Committee seeks your input in a survey assessing the job performance of the Director of the UA Museum, Patrick Druckenmiller. The purpose of this survey is to incorporate faculty, staff and partnership input as part of 51风流官网鈥檚 administrator development and evaluation program.

51风流官网 is committed to enhancing the effectiveness of its administrators in a constructive way by conducting performance appraisals every three years. As part of the appraisal process, we ask that you provide your honest opinion of the strengths and weaknesses of this administrator as well as any commendations and/or suggestions for improvement.

This survey was designed by the Ad Hoc Administrator Review Committee for Director of UA Museum of the North, Patrick Druckenmiller. The committee is a team of faculty and staff appointed by Interim Provost Stern to design and conduct the survey. Your need for anonymity is taken very seriously. All parts of the evaluation will be anonymous.

Your individual responses will not be identifiable by anyone, including the review committee. The results will be shared only as summaries in which no individual鈥檚 answers can be identified. Demographic data will not be associated with the provided answers. It will be summarized independently.

Please complete the survey at your earliest convenience. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

The survey will remain open until Dec. 12.

Your formal and informal feedback is very important. Please make sure to add comments to clarify your numerical scores whenever possible. This will provide the committee with actionable information and will create a more effective evaluation process and an accurate recommendation to the provost.
