NEW AND INCOMING STUDENTS:
Be sure to meet with a Theatre or Film Advisor at least once a year, ideally before you register for classes. Departmental advisors have a better idea of what classes are offered when and which classes are prerequisites. THE SOONER YOU MEET WITH A DEPARTMENTAL ADVISOR, THE SOONER YOU WILL GRADUATE!
Familiarize yourself with the University-wide requirements, the BA degree requirements and the program degree requirements. Overwhelmed? Your advisor can help explain these things to you.
Check out Degreeworks in UAOnline () under 鈥淪tudent Services.鈥 You can take a tutorial, and later in your academic career, you will be able to check how close you are to completing your degree.

ALL STUDENTS:
We recommend you take a combination of major-required courses and university core requirements every semester. This will keep you interested in and excited about your education.
